Depression

Today walking down the street.

An act I noted,curious self I approached the matter.

A boy in striped clothes high on drugs .

A young boy that can change or make a different.

As I asked why do you take drugs?

No answer at the moment he had.

Same question the day following.

I have had enough of life and I had no one there to help me through what I was going through.

At the moment ,depression snapped in my mindset.

Depression is it I asked?

Depression he wondered .

That’s the point you may be going through depression without even knowing it .

All you know is you had enough and you can’t cope anymore .

He can’t cope anymore that was the boys answer.

He had no one .

He had depression,yes.

Did he know?No

Depression is hard to get through it .

Depression eats up the inside of you till you are left empty and Hellow .

Depression is a death to many .

Depression is real .

Not to just teenagers.

Depression had no age .

Never judge as you don’t know what the others are going through.

Be the hug that they need at times .

But their comfort zone for them to open up to .

Be the change.

Depression is real and deep .
